  • Axle arrangement in cylindrical coordinate design: A shaft and form measuring device combined – faster and more accurate than classic 3D measuring devices.
  • Very wide range of applications for rotationally symmetrical workpieces: Up to a diameter of 200 mm and a length of 730 or 1000 mm. 
  • The ergonomic device design in combination with safety light curtains and intelligent environmental monitoring sensors enables safe and effective work for 24/7 production operations.

Optical-tactile multi-sensor technology – advantages of both sensors in one device:
  • High-resolution and fast matrix camera with a large field of view, in combination with
  • Renishaw SP25M: proven 3D probe system, or
  • Mahr T7W: 1D form probe system with motorized rotary axis and thus very fast stylus change.
  • Simple change of the probe system via quick-change system.
  • Motorized tailstock with software-adjustable clamping force.
  • Very easy handling and no operator influence thanks to clamping force monitoring.
  • Activation via illuminated switch.
