MarForm MMQ 400-2

Art. no. 5440770

Flexible solution for form and position measurement and more.

The MarForm MMQ 400-2 series is the flexible, optionally semi-automatic or fully automatic solution for form and position measurement and more.
The use of axes with high running smoothness in combination with the MarWin platform software enables extended applications such as roughness, waviness and contour measurements.
The flexibility and universality result in a highly economical measuring system that pays for itself in a very short time.

MarForm MMQ 400-2
The high-precision MarForm MMQ 400-2 series is the ideal solution for the following applications:
  • Measurement of high-precision workpieces
  • Measurement of unusually long workpieces
  • Measurement of large and/or heavy workpieces
  • Use in production or inspection rooms
Choose from a range of modules available to optimally customize the MarForm MMQ 400 to your requirements:
  • Fully or semi-automatic centering and tilting table
  • Verticale Z axis with 350, 500 or 900 mm measuring length
  • Horizontal X axis with 180 or 280 mm measuring length
  • Motorized probe system T7W with rotation axis or flexible probe system T20W available
  • 900 mm optional motorized tailstock for shafts from 200 mm long
The T7W measuring probe has a motorized rotational axis which allows you to move the probe arm gradually into any desired contact position. It can be used for measurements on both cylindrical surfaces and end faces. In addition, as a zero position probe, the T7W can also switch between inner and outer measurements or between top and bottom end face measurements automatically, without operator intervention. Fully automatic measuring sequences on complex workpieces can be performed without operator intervention. especially in combination with a fully automatic centering ant tilting table. With its motorized rotational axis you can also create multi-point probe arms – i.e. probe arms with multiple contact elements – allowing you to switch between different stylus ball geometries within a measuring run. The T7W's magnetically attached probe arms can also be exchanged at any time.
Combine the measurement of form and position tolerances with the monitoring of roughness parameters. Document typical roughness parameters such as Ra and Rz when measuring the form of your workpieces with a MarForm MMQ 400-2, without having to reclamp the workpiece on another measuring station. The motorized, program-controlled switching between the form probe and the roughness probe PHT 6-350 make it possible. There is no need for operator intervention and the respective button is positioned from vertical to horizontal using the motorized rotary axis.
