The MarForm MFU 200 Aspheric 3D is a precision measuring instrument which with its very low measurement uncertainty is ideally suited to your process optimization requirements.
Using the measuring station in a vibration-cushioned cabinet keeps external interference such as vibration and dirt away from the measuring objects.
With the motorized probe system T7W, roughness and lead measurements are for example also possible. The rotary axis in combination with a large number of available probe arm variants enables fully automatic measurement sequences without influence of the operator.
Die dynamische Echtzeitkompensation von Fehlern im Raum schützt das Messgerät sowie die Messungen maximal vor äußeren Einflüssen wie Temperatur und Erschütterungen. Denn sie erfasst und korrigiert auch kleinste Abweichungen im Messablauf über Referenzlineale in den zwei Messachsen X und Z. Damit bietet die Maschine eine extreme Reproduzierbarkeit auch bei wechselnden Messbedingungen.
