Flexible solution for fully automatic measurement of rotationally symmetrical workpieces

The MarShaft SCOPE plus can be used for optical and tactile measurements directly in the harsh manufacturing environment. In addition to the standard complete measurement of rotationally symmetrical workpieces, highly accurate form measurements can, for example, also be completed and features that were previously reserved for a standard form tester are now covered.

The MarShaft SCOPE plusseries offers universal, fully automatic optical shaft measuring systems for measuring rotationally symmetrical workpieces up to a diameter of 120 mm and lengths of 350 or 750 mm.
All units have ahigh-precision roundness measuring axis (C) sowie vertical (Z) and horizontal (X) measuring axes.
As a supplement to the built-in CMOS matrix camera is an optional tactile measuring unit with inductive 2D measuring probe and additional measuring axis (Y) in order to measure e.g. radial and axial runout. The measuring device is calibrated to the optical measuring system, making it possible to combine tactile and optical measuring tasks.
The measurement and evaluation software MarWin , which has been tried and tested over many years and is constantly updated, enables maximum flexibility with the simplest operation. The measurement sequences are fully automatic and free of operator influences. Zoom functions allow the measurement of the smallest details that are difficult or impossible to verify with conventional measurement methods.
