Engineered Solutions MarSurf Engineered Series 501

This measuring station is specially designed for the requirements to measure small bores or small workpieces, such as injection nozzles or nozzle bodies. Using MarSurf LD 130 enables you to record the roughness as well as the contours in one measuring sequence. This saves a lot of time and increases efficiency, especially on delicate measuring tasks that are difficult to set up.

The roughness on the valve seat angle, half angle of the valve seat, roughness in the guide bore, and other contours in the nozzle, as well as depths, are measured, for example.

Highly accurate measurements in small bores

The holder for each of the workpieces is aligned individually relative to the probe arm using a TY/TC unit. This ensures that the component is aligned in a reproducible way for each measurement and that a fully automated measurement of the nozzle can be completed.
A probe arm specially developed for the measuring task with a particularly small stylus tip (total height of 0.45 mm) can also be safely measured in a blind hole with a diameter of approx. 0.6 mm. A special software routine for contacting up to the blind hole in a series of steps was created for this purpose.
