The MarShaft SCOPE plus series offers universal, fully automatic optical shaft measuring systems for measuring rotationally symmetrical workpieces up to a diameter of 80 or 120 mm and lengths of 350, 750 or 1000 mm.
All units have ahigh-precision roundness measuring axis (C) sowie vertical (Z) and horizontal (X) measuring axes.
As a supplement to the built-in CMOS matrix camera is an optional tactile measuring unit with inductive 2D measuring probe and additional measuring axis (Y) in order to measure e.g. radial and axial runout. The measuring device is calibrated to the optical measuring system, making it possible to combine tactile and optical measuring tasks.
The measurement and evaluation software MarWin , which has been tried and tested over many years and is constantly updated, enables maximum flexibility with the simplest operation.
