MarSurf CD 140 AF: Contour measurement of individual workpieces
The MarSurf CD 140 AF offers a wide range of contour measuring functions, allowing users to easily measure both standardized and individual test specimens. The flexible workpiece holder makes handling particularly easy. The height-adjustable clamping device stand in combination with standardized clamping fixtures ensures correct positioning of the workpieces. The intelligent probe system and the magnetic probe tip holder ensure that probe tips can be changed easily and without tools at any time without recalibration. The automatic stylus force selection ensures the correct stylus force when changing several stylus tips.
Sophisticated functions, practical design
The proven MarWin software platform is used to create programs or perform individual measurements. The X-axis is designed for a maximum measuring length of up to 140 mm. Thanks to its travel speed of up to 200 mm/s, the operator can quickly move to the desired measuring point. The optional double probe tip can be used to measure both top and bottom. The subsequent evaluation takes place automatically, including, for example, best fit of contours and CAD contour comparison. The MarSurf CD 140 AF can be optionally extended with the roughness measurement function (Rz >2 μm).
The design of the MarSurf CD 140 AF has also been developed for maximum user-friendliness. The device has an adaptable mounting plate with a 25 mm hole pattern, which is suitable for CMM workpiece holders, for example. The height-adjustable clamping device stand ensures the flexible use of workpiece holders and a clear arrangement of workpieces in the correct measuring position. The device is also easy to transport thanks to the sturdy side handles.
