MarForm MFU 200 Aspheric 3D
The MarForm MFU 200 Aspheric 3D is a precision measuring instrument which with its very low measurement uncertainty is ideally suited to your process optimization requirements.
Using the measuring station in a vibration-cushioned cabinet keeps external interference such as vibration and dirt away from the measuring objects.
Optical and tactile sensors can be positioned in any angular position (0° to 360°) using the motorized swivel joint and thus offer a high degree of flexibility. The RMS value, PV value and lead error are shown as parameters.
In the software the individual parameters for the aspheres, such as the radius of curvature R0, conical constant k and the aspheric coefficients Ai, can be adjusted to the measuring results when adjusting the nominal asphere to the fit asphere.
Practical applications include the optical measurement of the form deviation of the optics, the tactile measurement of the circumference cylinder on the optics, the calculation of the axis offset to the zenith of the lens (offset of optical axis to mechanical axis), and the tactile measurement of the tilt on the bottom of the optic. In addition, the highly accurate 3D measuring station MarForm MFU 200 Aspheric 3D provides the kinematic options to measure optical freeforms, off-axis aspheres, and toroids.

Variety of applications for our products

Precision lens industry
The MarForm MFU 200 Aspheric 3D has been optimized for the contactless measurement of aspheres. In addition, the highly accurate 3D measuring provides the kinematic options to measure optical freeforms, off-axis aspheres, and toroids.
Other practical applications in addition to the optical measurement of the form deviation of the optics, include the tactile measurement of the circumference cylinder on the optics, the calculation of the axis offset to the zenith of the lens (offset of optical axis to mechanical axis), and the tactile measurement of the tilt on the bottom of the optic.
Optimized for the digital factory
The data for the differential profile is made available to the machine tool for readjustment (closed loop).
Combined measurement methods
Complete an optical and tactile measurement of your lenses and make use of all of the advantages of the highly accurate form tester.
Standard-compliant
Output of the characteristic values as per DIN ISO 10110-5, for example PV, RMS, and lead error
